The song we have chosen for our music video is knee deep at the ATP by lovejoy. The song goes through 4 different sections that we used to film. There was the introduction at the beginning, the slowed section, the singing (which was the longest section) and the last fast chorus at the end which is also the outro. The way we did this was got many different shots in many different locations for each section so we had many different shots to choose from. We filmed over 2 days and on the first day we filmed at the infinity bridge, some backstreets in Stockton, and Yarm near the bridge in the paths. On day two, we filmed at North Gare Beach which we had to reschedule a couple times because of the weather, but it was okay in the end because we got it done.

 Documentary Production Diary : Pre-Production: We had to start our short documentary project by doing some research. We each researched a short documentary that caught our eye and watched them to see how they were put together. We then learned that there are three types of documentaries: Participatory, observational and expository. We looked into what each of these meant. This was all done in small tasks in groups or pairs over the course of a couple of lessons, whilst we also watched some examples of professional documentaries.  After we had a few lessons learning about documentaries, it was time to start thinking about our own.
